Indian Harbour Beach was planned as a complete beachside city in the 1960s, and it still works exactly as designed. Gleason Park at the center. Quiet residential streets. Canal-front homes on the river side. And a housing stock that has hit its remodel years all at once.
TradeWinds Construction updates those originals with respect for what they are. Kitchens rebuilt from the studs where the 1970s left off. Bathrooms with proper waterproofing behind new tile. Trim and interior details that finally match the neighborhood's care. Popcorn ceilings taken flat while we're at it.
Outside, the compact lots call for privacy fencing done cleanly between close neighbors, paver drives and entries, and exterior materials picked for a barrier-island address.

Our house is canal-front. Anything different about remodeling it?
The house itself remodels normally. The difference is logistics and materials. We protect the seawall side during work, plan access on the narrow lot, and spec exterior materials for the salt coming off both waters.
Everything in our house is original. Where do people usually start?
Kitchen first in most IHB originals. It returns the most daily life, with the primary bath close behind. We can survey the whole house and sequence a plan so nothing gets redone twice.
Do you travel to Indian Harbour Beach for a single bathroom?
For a full bathroom remodel, yes. IHB sits at the north edge of our range, so we schedule jobs there in dedicated runs. The drive is our problem, not your project's.
