Not every project is a kitchen. Sometimes it is a door that has never closed right, drywall damage from a leak that got fixed a year ago, trim that was cut short by whoever came before us, or fascia that is soft in one corner.
Those jobs are hard to get done well. Larger remodeling companies do not want them because the drive time eats the profit, and the results you get from whoever answers the ad are a coin flip. We take them, because we are based in Sebastian and most of this service area is a short drive.
This is real carpentry done by the same crew that runs our trim packages. It is not a discount service and we are not a handyman company. It is a small job done to the same standard as a large one.

We will either take it, or tell you it is not the right fit and point you toward somebody who does that work properly. Both of those are better answers than not calling.

Questions about repairs and small remodeling projects
Is there a minimum job size?
There is a practical minimum, because a truck, two people and a drive have a cost no matter how small the task is. Call and describe what you need. If it is too small to be worth your money we will say so rather than quoting you something silly.
Do you fix work another contractor left behind?
Frequently. Unfinished jobs and bad previous remodels are a real part of what we do. We will look at what is there, tell you what has to be undone versus what can be saved, and price the repair honestly.
Can you match my existing trim or texture?
Usually. Trim can be milled or built up to match older profiles, and wall texture can be matched closely enough that a repair disappears once it is painted. A perfect invisible match on an old textured wall is not always possible and we will tell you before we start.
How fast can you get to a small repair?
Small work usually schedules faster than a full remodel because it fits between larger jobs. Sebastian and the towns close to it are easiest. Call and we will tell you where you would realistically land.
