Yes. We put together the drawings, product specs, and paperwork your review board asks for, and we build exactly to the approval. In the Shores and Orchid that's just a normal part of the job, not an obstacle.
We are only here part of the year. Can the project run while we are away?
Happens all the time on this stretch of A1A. We set a schedule, send photo updates as milestones wrap, and coordinate access with your property manager. You come back to a finished, cleaned project.
Do you take on smaller projects, or only full renovations?
Both. A single room of paneling, a library wall, one bathroom. Careful small projects are how most of our island relationships start.
