Questions about room additions
Will the addition match my existing house?
That's the whole job. We match roof pitch and shingles or metal, tie the stucco or siding textures together, and carry floor heights and trim details through. When we're done, the line between old and new disappears into the finished work.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, submit for permits with the county or city, and schedule every inspection through final. You'll always know exactly which stage the job is in.
Is a lanai conversion cheaper than a new addition?
Usually, because the roof and slab often already exist. The real work is making it true living space. Insulation, windows, electrical, and conditioning it correctly so it doesn't become the hot room nobody sits in.
