A general contractor for Malabar's custom homes and acreage

Malabar holds the line. Squeezed between Palm Bay's grid and the Indian River, the town has kept its acre lots, its scrub preserves, and its two-lane pace. The homes reflect it. Custom builds set back under oaks. Older ranches on land. Horse properties that need real fence.

TradeWinds Construction fits that kind of town. We build additions that let a family stay on land they love. We run fencing across real acreage. We pour the concrete a working property needs, and we handle reroofs in both shingle and metal.

Inside, Malabar's custom homes give us room to do our favorite work. Trim packages, wood ceilings, built-ins, and kitchen renovations finished to the standard the house was built to.

Questions we hear

Malabar questions, answered plainly

Can an addition be designed around our trees and setbacks?

Yes. Malabar lots usually have room, but the oaks and the setbacks decide the siting. We design the addition to the lot you have, keep the trees you want, and handle the town's permitting.

Do you do board fencing for horse property?

We do. Post-and-board and no-climb setups, with posts set for animals that lean on fences. Gates get the heavy-duty treatment because on a horse property they earn it.

Is Malabar too far for smaller projects?

No. We're about twenty minutes out, and Malabar sits inside our everyday working range. Small jobs and large.
