Remodeling Palm Bay's block ranches into homes worth staying in
Palm Bay is one of the biggest cities in Florida by land, and most of it was platted decades ago into the four quadrants of concrete-block ranches everybody knows. Solid houses from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s with skinny trim, soffit kitchens, and bathrooms that came standard.
That makes Palm Bay one of the best remodeling markets on this coast. TradeWinds Construction takes those good-bones houses and rebuilds the parts that date them. Kitchens opened up and cabineted to the ceiling. Bathrooms rebuilt with real tile showers. Baseboard and crown swapped from builder-grade to something worth looking at.
Outside, the quarter-acre lots keep the exterior trades moving. Privacy fencing between close neighbors. Driveways and pads. Paver upgrades. Reroofs in shingle and metal, and additions where the lot allows. From the Colony on the river to Bayside Lakes in the southeast, we cover the whole grid.
Also covering: Palm Bay Colony, Bayside Lakes.

What we build here

Palm Bay questions, answered plainly
Do you cover all of Palm Bay, including the southwest?
Yes. Northeast to southwest, Colony to Bayside Lakes. The southwest quadrants are a longer drive, so we plan those jobs in efficient blocks. It never changes the quality of the work.
Is it worth remodeling a 1990s Palm Bay ranch or should we move?
Run the numbers and the remodel usually wins. These houses are structurally sound block on decent lots. A kitchen, a bath, and a trim package gets you most of what a new house offers without the new-house price or the move.
Can you just do the kitchen, or do you only take whole-house jobs?
A single kitchen or bath is a perfect project for us. Plenty of Palm Bay clients start with one room and phase the rest as budget allows. We'll plan the phases with you.
