Micco's general contractor, five minutes up the road
Micco is the quiet south end of Brevard. River towns along US-1 where the lagoon sets the pace, Little Hollywood keeps its old-Florida feel, and half the driveways have a boat trailer pointed at Sebastian Inlet.
TradeWinds Construction sits just minutes south, so Micco is home territory. The site-built homes here keep us busy. Block ranches, frame river houses, and the newer builds filling in around them. Metal and shingle reroofs. Concrete driveways widened for the boat. Paver entries. Fencing. Kitchen and bath rebuilds in houses that have earned an update.
Storm readiness is part of every conversation this close to the water. When we replace a roof or build an addition here, wind performance isn't a sales line. It's the spec.

What we build here
Roofing, concrete and block work, paver driveways, fencing, and kitchen and bathroom remodels make up most of our Micco work, with additions on the bigger river lots.

Micco questions, answered plainly
Do you work inside Barefoot Bay?
Our work centers on site-built homes, and around Barefoot Bay that includes carports, driveways, pads, and fencing where community rules allow. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll give you a straight yes or no.
Can you pour a driveway or pad big enough for a boat and trailer?
All the time. We thicken and reinforce the slab for the real load, slope it to drain, and size the approach so backing the trailer in is easy instead of a twelve-point turn.
What is the smart season to schedule a reroof in Micco?
Before June. Dry-season scheduling means fewer rain delays and puts you ahead of hurricane season instead of behind it. Call early. Spring calendars fill fast.
