Builder grade to custom
A lot of newer houses through West Melbourne, Viera and the subdivisions off CR 512 have nothing wrong with them. They are just plain. Bare walls, thin baseboard, hollow doors, a blank wall where a fireplace and built ins should be. That is a trim and woodwork job, and it changes a house faster per dollar than almost anything else.
Older block houses in Sebastian, Palm Bay and mainland Vero need the opposite. Layout changes, soffits removed, ceilings redone, and finishes brought forward forty years.

Questions about interior remodeling
Do you do painting?
Ask us when you call. Painting is part of some of our interior packages and we would rather tell you honestly what we are handling on your specific job than list a trade on a website and sort it out later.
Can you remove a wall between the kitchen and living room?
Usually yes, and it is one of the most common things we do. Whether it needs a header and how big that header has to be depends on whether the wall is carrying load. We figure that out before we price it, not after we open the ceiling.
Do you handle popcorn ceiling removal?
Yes, as part of interior remodeling work. Houses of a certain age can have material in that ceiling that needs to be tested before anybody scrapes it. If your house falls in that range we will tell you what the testing step involves before we start.
Can you match existing trim in an older house?
Most of the time. Some older profiles are no longer stocked and have to be milled or built up from several pieces to match. That is normal finish carpentry and it is the part of the job we enjoy.
